Applying for a Class I, II, or III FAA aviation medical certificate? Flight physicals are performed on-site at Jet Air Group at Green Bay Austin Straubel Int’l Airport in Green Bay, Wisconsin (KGRB). The medical office is conveniently located on the second floor of our FBO. Obtain your second class or third class medical exam in a comfortable and familiar aviation environment. Both of our AMEs are experienced pilots who enjoy aviation and can relate to you!

Application Form
As of October 1, 2012, the FAA no longer accepts paper versions of FAA Form 8500-8. All applicants are required to fill out an electronic application via the FAA’s MedXPress website.

Jet Air Group is located on the northeast side of Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (KGRB), 1/2 mile east of the airline terminal, along the airport access road. Parking is free for our guests.
